blades subcoriaceous, moderately
glossy, moderately bicolorous; midrib
obtusely flat-raised and concolorous
above, bluntly triangular and more or
less concolorous below; primary lateral
veins obtusely sunken above, convex
below; minor veins moderately distinct;
inflorescence 1-3 per axil; spathe
green throughout outside (post
anthesis) pale green within; spadix
protruding 1-2 cm beyond end of spadix
post anthesis.
