Disturbed vegetation around ranch house, with
Quercus agrifolia, Sisymbrium irio, Amsinckia,
Hordeum, Bromus, Capsella. Flowers white, anthers
yellow, buds pinkish; visited by honey bees; evergreen
shrub to small tree about 10 feet tall and wide, branch
tips somewhat pendulous; leaf surface shiny-green,
leathery.
