Open meadow and forest margin at east side of rest area.
Common associates: Festuca sp., Anthoxanthum,
Carex spp., Sisyrinchium, Sphenopholis, Luzula,
Osmunda regalis. Occasional robust fern, fertile pinnae
green, turning brown after spores are released.
