Anthurium sinuatum Benth. ex Schott
Huge climber 4 m up tree trunk. Stem to 5 cm thick, internodes 4-5
mm long. Petiole subterete slightly sulcate adax., 9 mm wide; genic-
ulum upward pedate and extending 1.2 cm onto leaflet bases. Blade
leathery-brittle, adax. gldSsy bright green, ribs convex 3 mm wide;
abax. polished lime green, ribs creamy green. Peduncle stiff, pale
green, x 8 mm. Spathe longitud, rolled into cylinder, thick, wine,
42 x 6.2 cm; tips of ovaries pinkish, tepals tan. Fruits 6 x 3.5 mm.
