the upper Bladen Branch. Tall, mixed,
mostly evergreen rain forest with
Orbignya cohune prominent and an
understory completely dominated by the
palms Calyptrogyne ghiesbreghtii,
Astrocaryum mexicanum, Synechanthus
fibrosus, Bactris sp., Chamaedora spp,
and Geonoma sp.; alluvial soil.
