Sandstone rocks, with open sand in flatter areas. Open scrub in exposed sites to scattered low woodland & marsh.

Spindly shrub to 1.5 m. Leaves pale green faintly aromatic. Bracts green. Corolla pale lilac with yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
