Plateau with gentle slope, full sun, in well-drained soil of sandstone sand on rocky outcrops. Succulent Karoo. Native and common.

Description
Perennial dwarf shrub of 80-100cm high, spreading and straggly. Petioles 1mm long. Leaves simple, opposite, deep green, falcate, 3x6mm, decurrent on stem, scattered towards tip, margins entire. Flowers terminally in clusters of 1-3, 5-merous, white, 20.
