“Uromyces euphorbiae Cooke & Peck. Leaves generally
stained with red or purple ; son amphigenous, subrotund, slightly
convex, surrounded by the ruptured epidermis, ferruginous-brown
or blackish-brown ; spores subglobose, rough, often with a large
nucleus, about .0008'' in diameter; peduncle short, hyaline.”
