GLASS MOUNTAIN REGION: Wet Meadow: S end of SW
fork, around seeps. (Dexter Cyn. quad: 37° 48.556'N, 118°
47.202'W; T2S R29E S33, SE/4 of SW/4). Alt.: 2610m/8560ft.
Wet meadow running SW to NE, fed by perennial seeps. Fine
silty soil of pumice origin, forested slopes and uplands of Pinus
contorta and Populus tremuloides. Associated mesic species
including Salix, Senecio triangularis, Aquilegia formosa,
Smilacina stellata, Mimulus primuloides, Dodecatheon,
Potentilla, Ribes, Trifolium.
Uncommon, shady wet areas in understory.
