Deep canyon, with Populus, Salix gooddingii, Tamarix, Hymenopappus filifolius, Typha, Castilleja linearifolius, Gaillardia, Opuntia, Hymenoxys argentea, Brickellia microphylla scabra, Asclepias latifolia, Thymophylla pentachaeta, Euphorbia, Stanleya, Chrysothamnus, Sphaeralcea, Fraxinus anomala, Rhus trilobata simplicifolia, Juniperus, Coleogyne, Amsonia tomentosa stenophylla, Fendlera, Dalea flavescens, Galium, Oenothera pallida, O. longissima, Senecio, Bromus rubens.
