Habitat: rocky outcrops, whitethorn-mesquite-oreganillo desert scrub.
Associated spp: Acacia constricta, Prosopis velutina, Ephedra
trifurca, Jatropha macrorhiza, Aloysia wrightii, Allionia incarnata,
Bouteloua curtipendula.
Notes: perennial herb 40 cm, infrequent-occasional, restricted to rocky
outcrops of SPRNCA
