Description
Pileus 2-6 cm broad, convex to plano-convex, dry, finely subtomentose, white to yellowish white (4A2), staining light orange when bruised, with irregular margin. Flesh white to yellowish white, staining light orange when exposed, with mild odor and taste. Hymenophore dentate, adnexed or rarely subdecurrent, white to yellowish white, staining orange. Stipe 2-5 cm long, 7-10 mm broad, equal or slightly broader below, central to ecentric to lateral, dry, white to yellowish white, staining orange, with white basal mycelium; interior solid, staining orange when exposed.
