Oldenlandia corymbosa L.
Orange County. Lawn weed along Concord Drive, Heritage
Hills area of Chapel Hill, south of town near Chatham
County. Prostrate, taprooted annuals, rooting at lower
nodes, forming a thick mat near drainage along edge of road
at base of slope. Flowers pink; corymbs l-4(-5) flowered in
this close-packed population of numerous individuals.
First record of this species for North Carolina.
