Description
Yellow mycelium at stipe base. Pileus 9.5 cm diam, surface velvety ochraceous-pinkish turning turquoise-blue with ammonia. Flesh yellow, 0.9 cm thick. Lamellae yellow with venation, lamellulae present, decurrent. Stipe 4 cm x 0.8 cm with ridges at the top and with reddish dots, tapering downwards.
