    Caudex 2-4 m. high, ca. 5 cm. diameter; fronds ca. 7-9 per plant, ca. 1.5 m. long, the stipe ca. 60 cm. long, the pinnae 7-9 pair. "Mbalambala.". Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
