m. Young growth and petioles purple; leaves with abaxial,
primary-secondary hair-tuft acarodomatia; flowers 7-8-
merous; hypanthium and calyx greenish-white, obscurely
costate distally; corolla white, rotate; filaments white,
anthers yellow, erect; style white, glandular-pubescent,
stigma expanded; ovary inferior, 5-carpel late.
