CLARK CO.: In disturbed, gravelly soil along a
dry Trash on the Trest slope of the McCullough Mts.,
about 16 miles Trest of Searchlight. Coleogyne
zone, a little above the upper limits of the
Larrea community. Twp. 23 S., R. 6l E.
Elevation about i|.5>00 feet.
Plants coarse and suggesting Oreocarya In appear-
ance, but evidently short-lived, probably winter-
annual. Corolla minute, white* Nutlets all
alike, 1; or sometimes 3 by abortion of one, with
dorsal and marginal ridges, the surface grooved
and bulged so as to suggest an irregular
cobblestone pavement.
