Forest, along rd. to White Pine, 8 mi N of jet US 50 & road to White Pine, this NE of Sargents. Campground consists of an open aspen-pine community on rocky alluvium along creek bed. Areas of disturbance such as campsites, trails and roads also common. Scattered throughout the campground. Some forming large clumps, others with only 1-2 stems, taprootrd. Stems not woody.
