Description
Pileus 3.5 cm broad, plane, dark gray fibrils on a yellow ground, moist (perhaps a bit water soaked), with even margin. Flesh 2-3 mm thick, grayish yellow, with mild odor and taste, unchanging. Lamellae adnexed, close to subdistant, bright lemon to cadmium yellow, 5-6 mm broad, thin, with even margins. Stipe 6.5 cm x 6 mm, ±equal, curved at base and then tapering somewhat, dry, yellow ground color covered with fine black pruina overall, glabrous at base, with interior hollow, intense bright lemon yellow. Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.
