CASSIA COUNTY:	Sawtooth National Forest,
Albion Mtns., ca. 9 mi. NE on Basin rd from juction
with 300 E. rd., @ Basin-Elba pass, ca. 7100 ft.,
slight N. aspect, exposed, windy subalpine ridge with
thin rocky dry soil derived from quartzite and a 6%
slope. T14S, R23E and S36. Found with Poa
bulbosa, Derigeron sp?, Balsamorhiza hookeri,
Astragalus sp?, Castilleja rustica, Artemisia tridentata
var. vaseyana, Penstemon humilus, Linum sp? Rare
for site with blue flowers.
