ca 2 miles W of Lone Pine and HWY 28.

Notes: Abundant in well-drained microsites with
Artemisia frigida, Phlox hoodii, and Astragalus
purshii. Pits forming small clumps (to ca .5 dm)
sts mostly short and erect. Flowers yellow.
