CLARK CO: East slope southern Lemhi Range on BLM land vie Lone Pine and Blue Dome. Dry, gravelly thin soil derived from limestone, Kaufman Gulch ca 2 miles W of Lone Pine and HWY 28. Elev. 6400 * Notes: Abundant in well-drained microsites with Artemisia frigida, Phlox hoodii, and Astragalus purshii. Pits forming small clumps (to ca .5 dm) sts mostly short and erect.
