On gentle southern slope of hilltop in shade to partial shade. In well-drained
rocky soil of old granite humus-rich sand. Native and common. Savanna, with
Jasminum, Acacia, Jatropa, Eragrosds and T erminalia.
Perennial scrambler, 1 m high- Petiole 10 mm long. Leaves pinnately
compound, opposite, leaflets ovate, 20x10 mm, margins entire. Solitary flowers
white, trumpet-shaped, 10-segmented, sweet-smelling.
