LIMESTONE CAULANTHUS. Perennial herbs to 11 dm high with
greenish petals.
1.8 mile S 20° E of Jeffrey Mine in Milner Canyon, Owens
Valley drainage, T4S R33E S14. Metasedimentary colluvium
sloping 30° SE just above stream with Pinus, Cymopterus.
Urtica, Artemisia, Deschampsia, and Agrostis. Locally
frequent on desert and lower montane canyon walls.
