Sprawling plant with fleshy red stems; flowers pink and going to
seed. Growing in full sun on wet, unmown ditchbank with Solidago
sp,, Andropogon sp., and others at Cooper Family Farms 10 miles
east of Camden and 2 miles north of I-20. Specimen prepared in
commemoration of the birth of Langley Rhyse Scholes of Raleigh
NC, October 2, 2014. 34°14,11.96”N, 80°26,13.11”W, elev. 292'.
