Herbarium of Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden Plants of MONO Co., California, USA Asteraceae Senecio multilobatus T. & G. ex Gray GLASS MOUNTAIN REGION: Wet Canyon; streamside at end of steep ranch road leading down from FS Rd. IS 17, below water tanks and solar pumping station. (Dexter Cyn. quad: 37° 50.419'N, 118° 46.347'W; T1S R28E S22, SW/4 of SW/4). Alt.: 2378m/7800ft. Deep narrow shady canyon cutting SW - NE through Bishop tuff rhyolite. Perennial springfed stream w/ trout near pump inlets. Grazed here and on plateau above. With Populus tremuloides, Sphenosciadium capitellatum, Rosa woodsii, Angelica lineariloba, Symphoricarpos rotundifolius, Stellaria, Epilobium. Occasional on drier slopes above stream.
