SOUTH CAROLINA. Anderson County: NW corner of
intersection Rtes. 28 and Co. Rd. 279 (Fants Grove
Baptist Church). N of Pendleton near Pickens County
line. Roadside pine/oak woodland. Occasional to
locally frequent herb 7 ft tall; rays yellow, disc
green. Stems glaucous; leaves mostly basal; cutover
area.
