placed in Diodeilis pending results of additional phylogentic analysis.
Examined at FLAS for a phylogenetic study of Conradina and related
southeastern U.S. mints.

At base of steep, east-facing slope along the
Savannah River; alluvial forest. Site #3 (Lat.
34°03t39"; Long. §2*38*45"), about 0.5 mile south
of the Ga. 72 bridge over the Savannah River.
Below the 475-ft. contour (full pool for proposed
Russell Lake; impoundment of the Savannah River
scheduled for the mid-1980's).
