of ranch’s eastern canyon, ca. 1.3 airmiles SE of Co. Rd.
398 bridge over Clear Creek at Leo, ca. 1.0 airmiles N to
NNE of jet. Cooke, Denton and Wise counties, at
N32°26’42.4”, W097°22’59.4”. LO Unit of Dixon Ranch.
Greenwood Quadrangle. Elev. 770-780 ft.
Rare on ranch in 2009. Associates include Ambrosia psilostachya,
Chamaecrista fasciculata, Cnidoscolus texanus, Commelina erecta, Croton
capitatus, Cyperus retrorsus, Diodia teres, Eragrostis secundiflora, Galactia
volubilis, Lechea mucronata, Mollugo verticillata, Monarda punctata,
Paspalum notatum, Pediomelum rhombifolium, Rudbeckia hirta, Sporobolus
cryptandrus, Tridens flavus.
