1235m/4050ft. Limestone alluvial slope, gravelly/rocky surface
with sandy matrix, cut by many washes; creosote bush scrub
grading to Joshua tree woodland, with Larrea, Coleogyne,
[ Ambrosia dum., Lycium and., Encelia virg., Yucca brev., Ephedra
nev., Krameria ere., Menodora spin., Eriogonum trich. E
deflexum, Mentzelia, Chorizanthe rig., Bromus rub., etc.
Uncommon 35 cm shrub at wash edge.
