GLASS MOUNTAIN REGION: Kelty Meadows; SW fork of
meadow drainage, around spring at end of ranch road. (Glass Mtn.
quad: 37° 45.068'N, 118° 38.532'W; T2S R30E S23, SW/4.of
SW/4). Alt.: 2793m/9160ft.
Gently NE-sloping Populus tremuloides woodland around cattle
grazed spring. Mixed pumice and granitic soil. With Salix
eastwoodiae, Symphoricarpos rotundifolius, Smilacina stellata,
Ribes cereum, Rosa woodsii, Lupinus arbustus, Trifolium
longipes, Carex nebrascensis, C. microptera, Veratrum
californicum, Elymus trachycaulis, Bromus carinatus,
Descurainia califomica.
Scattered in Aspen understory.
