Habitat

At edge of escarpment in and among zanjones. Rare.

Description

Shrub 2-2.5 m. high, leaves subascending to spreading, subcoriaceous, deep green above with brick red margins, paler green below, sepals dull green with brick red amrgins and tips, petals yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
