Steep N-facing conglomerate cliffs above creek with mixed hardwood (dominated by Aesculus and Fagus, with Ilex, Liquidambar, Liriodendron, Ostrya, Quercus) and Juniperus communis forest amidst limestone outcrops. Corticolous on very Fagus.
