Note to 182, 186, 190. These specimens represent a
species whose conidiophores resemble those of Ascomy-
cetella quercinci figured by Peck in Torr. Ball. 8 : pi. 7, f.
3; but it is thought best to give no specific name at pre-
sent, hoping that the ascospores may first be found.
