m. 5°42'52.3"N 60°37'55.2"W. Bush island. Melastomataceae,
Anacardiaceae, Ochnaceae, Clusia. Herb forming rosettes of bright green
leaves. Growing in wet parts of savanna; inflorescence on scape to 30cm;
involucral bracts tan; styles cream. Silica sample.
