riparian zone in mixed oak woodland
and oak chaparral. With Quercus,
Garrya, Cupressus, Pinus, Juniperus,
Arctostaphylos, Arbutus, Nolina,
Dasylirion, Yucca and Agave.
Subshrub to 4 dm; corolla white;
infrequent.
