Savanna. Dimorphandra, Rubiaceae, Melastomataceae abundant,
Rapataceae, bromeliads, Poaceae, Cyperaceae. Small lax shrub to 2m.
Stans with leafy branchlets pale purple. Leaves dull green above, light
green below. Sepals and pedicels pale purple. Fruit yellow-green. Silica
sample.
