Leaves bluish-green, 31-36.5 cm long, widest at or below
middle, leaf edge straight, leaf margin absent but with
white-gray narrow border, rough towards terminal spine,
with inner mahogony border which becomes more
conspicuous towards base of leaf, with denticulation,
terminal spine 15-16 mm long, whitish gray with black
mahogany, no bud imprinting, peduncles 2-5 cm long,
flowers in clusters of 3-6, nectar at noon, flower
fragrance very sweet like A. schottii, ovary, neck, tube
light green, tepals dark yellow, erect-ascending to flaring
(prior to anthesis), 19 mm from tip to tip, filaments and
style greenish-yellow, anthers yellow; anthesis (2
flowers): tl=57, 52; o=18x6, 12x6; n=7-8, 6, slightly
uneven; tu=12xl2, 13x12; fil ins=l 1,11.75, 10;
tep=20x4,19x5, 15x3,13.5x5 with wide keel; fil=44, 47;
a=9, 8.5; sty=50,54
