    Epiphyte, tufted or base branching. Foliage leaves coriaceous, mainly rigid; dark opaque green above, plant with green seed pods. Inflorescencesepals opening flat, color maroon, buds triangular, bluntly pointed, on fl. raceme preserved in alocohol. No pseudobulbs. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
