On wooded floodplain. On bole of 11" DBH Acer negundo.

Description
(Black apothecia): Epithesium blue green; hypothecium pale straw; KOH-; spores hyate, elongate, ca. 31 µm long. (Brown apothecia): epithecium pale; hypothecium golden brown; KOH+; pinkinsh spoers acicular, tapering, ca. 50 µm long.
