Shrub to 3.5 m, only one every 200 m2. Fls. orange yellow,
intenal part (throat) yellow, not scented. Prefers stony areas.

River bed with dry seasonlly flooded scrub dominated by
Acacia aroma and Prosopis juliflora. Soil with alluvium
stones of many colours, probably rich in minerals.
