border with Bastrop County Loamy sand. Associates include Cocculus
caroliniana, Berchemia scandens, Ilex vomitoria, Palafoxia rosea var. rosea,
Symphyotrichum ericoides, Gaillardia aestivalis var. aestivalis, Ambrosia trifida
var. texana, Ambrosia psilostachya, Agalinis strictifolia.
Milky latex present. Plant upright, not sprawling.
