    Shrub, 1-2 m tall. Branched at base. Inflorescence erect. Calyx red. Corolla campanulate; mostly red suffused with green; throat uniformly red. Sympatric with JLC 14493 & 14495. These differ by the following: leaves soft in JLC 14494 (leaves stiff in JLC.

red. Sympatric with JLC 14493 & 14495. These differ by the following:
leaves soft in JLC 14494 (leaves stiff in JLC 14493); flowers relatively
small in JLC 14443 (flowers relatively large in JLC 14493). Color
differences readily seen in digital images. Digital images of this collection
