    Obligate lithophyte growing on vertical rockface. Growing in large colonies of 100+ individuals. Abaxial leaf surface dark red (cf., with JLC 13715 that has abaxial leaf surface light green). Flowers erect when mature. Calyx green. Corolla uniformly brigh.
