Patilo soils (deep, well drained to moderately well drained
neutral sand Typic Quartzipsamments and Grossarenic
Paleustalfs), near fenceline at E tip of Hogan Ranch, ca. 3.7-
3.8 airmiles WSW of jet. of St. Rt. 304 and St. Rt. 713 at
Delhi, scattered patches from N29°48’12.2”, W097°27’05.3” to N29°48’17.1”, W097°27’07.6”. Elev. 580-590 ft.
Associates included Aphanostephus skirriiobasis, Asimina parviflora, Brazoria
truncata, Croptilon sp., Gaillaidia aestivalis, G. amblyodon, Helianthus debilis,
Heterotheca subaxillaris, Hymenopappus artemisiifolius, H. cairizoanus, Lechea
tenuifolia, Matelea cynanchoides, Mimosa nuttallii, Opuntia (macrorhiza?), Paronychia
drummondii, Paspalum setaceum, Plantago hookeriana, Polycarpon tetraphyllum,
