M. 2372, ca. 2.4-2.5 airmiles W of jet. St. Rt. 16 and R. M. 2372 at Strawn, at N32°32.959, W098°32.355. Palo Pinto Mountains State Park. Elev. 1070-1080 ft. Associates included Celtis sp., Cheilanthes alabamensis, Coraus drummondii, Forestiera pubescens, Fraxinus texensis, Juniperus ashei, Lonicera albiflora, Matelea reticulata, Opuntia leptocaulis, 0. lindheimeri, Parthenocissus quinquefolia, Prunus mexicana, Quercus buckleyi, Sideroxylon lanuginosum, Sophora affinis, Tragia brevispica, Ulmus crassifolia. 02173148 W.
