near Boardman, Oregon; riparian community on wet,
flat depression near river bank, dominated by
Populus deltoides and Salix exigua, sandy soil;
occasional with Artemisia dracunnculus, Elaeagnus
angustifolia and Poa pratensis; plants to 8’tall;
note - definite escapes and apparently naturalized,
plants also present along edge of John Day
Reservior.
