forest; at base of steep, west-facing slope. Site
#12 (Lat. 34°03*30"; Long. 82°37f12"), ca. 1.5 miles
south of the S. C. 72 bridge over the Savannah.
Below the 475-ft. contour (full pool for proposed
Russell Lake). Area to be impounded in the mid-
1980's by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers.
