  • Description

    Hemiepiphytic tree almost 8 m tall with a crown diameter of 15 m. Flowers 6-merous. Petals pink but purplish toward the base. Filaments and declinated style white. Anthers yellow laterally connate, curved inward toward the stigma. Matures berries red. Acarodomatia at vein divergence on abaxial folia.
