Andean forest.
Coarsely branched epiphyte 6 m up on trunk of host tree with
spreading branches to 2.5 m long or more. No flowers seen.
Flowering peduncles thick and somewhat compressed. Floral
bracts green on immature fruits. Calyx lobes and ovary apex red.
One plant seen.
