1° forest surrounded by cafetales, disturbed. Very steep, red clay soil subsumed by shale with thick humus layer on top.1000 mL rain annually. Rapidly being cut.

Description
Liana about 4 cm. thick at stem. Purpel pedicel, congregated purple fruits. Green, persistant stipules.
